1. Shipping & Handling Charges

Shipping and handling fees are calculated based on the cubic size and weight of your order. Additional shipping and handling fees will apply to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international orders. TONKEE MACHINERY CO.,LTD will notify the Buyer of any shipping charge increases for your order prior to billing and shipment.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Continental U.S. (in-stock items): 5-10 business days.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international orders: Additional transit time applies.

All estimated delivery dates are for reference only. TONKEE MACHINERY CO.,LTD assumes no liability for delivery delays.

3. Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available for all orders in the continental U.S. with a subtotal of $99 or more.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international destinations is available, but additional shipping fees will be charged.

4. International Shipping

We offer shipping to global destinations. We have negotiated discounted rates with premium logistics providers to ensure cost-effective delivery worldwide. For international orders, please contact our team for personalized shipping arrangements.

5. Return Policy

We accept returns for exchange or refund within 30 calendar days from the date of product delivery, provided the items meet the following requirements:

Items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition (no signs of wear, damage, or use).
Non-special/custom orders only.
Items must be returned with original hydraulic caps and fittings; previously run/used items are not eligible for return.
Special orders, custom items, or products marked with a non-standard return policy in their description are excluded from this 30-day return window.

Exceptions & Eligible Returns

Damaged items, incorrectly shipped items, defective products, or unordered items received from us are eligible for a full cash refund.
Customers must contact Customer Support immediately upon receiving damaged/incorrect items.

Critical Return Requirements

All return requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery. No returns or refunds will be processed for items returned after 30 days without prior contact.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect/defective items).
TONKEE MACHINERY CO.,LTD is not liable for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.
The original receipt must be provided for all returns.
If goods are damaged in transit, customers must contact us immediately and file a claim with the delivery carrier.

6. Restocking Fees

Returns of items in new, unaltered, and unused condition will be eligible for a refund, at the sole discretion of TONKEE MACHINERY CO.,LTD, upon receipt and inspection confirming the item’s condition. No restocking fee will be applied for returns due to our error.

7. Shipping Disclaimer

Due to extensive variations in dimensions, gear ratios, fittings, and specifications, matching the correct aftermarket hydraulic pump, final drive, or swing motor to your machine can be complex. If you purchase a product directly online without verifying your specifications with our sales team and order the incorrect part, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs and the cost of reshipping the correct item.

8. Liability Limitation

TONKEE MACHINERY CO.,LTD shall not be held liable for any losses, delays, or issues arising from incorrect orders placed by customers without prior specification verification, or for lost/damaged packages during return shipping.
